Please check customs regulations for import of cosmetics. Supermodel Skinfood is not liable for any delays, or fees imposed by customs and will not offer refund for items which are withheld by customs  

Sustainability and quality are extremely important to producing good skin results. Supermodel Skinfood is very careful about the botanical cultivation so that superior quality is used to formulate. This quality is limited. Producing products in the amount needed also helps the environment as we reduce unnecessary production and wastage. We would like to deliver superior quality products and service while keeping mother earth safe.

Please note that all pre-orders take a minimum of 2-6 weeks to produce and ship. Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. Supermodel Skinfood reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

When your products arrive, please inspect the package for any damaged. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged, please contact us immediately at returns here. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fast service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original method of payment. A replacement for a damaged product will be shipped to you.

Supermodel Skinfood is confident that you will find the products trans-formative and useful, however should the you be dissatisfied please return the remaining product with the receipt and reason it failed to meet your standards. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is ONLY for the MINI Trial Sets. We do not offer this to any other non-trial product, and currently only 2 sets qualify for the money-back guarantee scheme. 

The return process is straightforward. please contact us immediately at returns here. Simply return the product(s), within 30 days of receipt, for a refund of your purchase price (minus USD 10 handling fee). 

Please include a copy of your invoice in the package in your return: We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus handling fee). Once received, please allow 30 business days to process your refund.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund of your purchase price minus USD 12 handling fee.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 3-5 weeks of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

You can pay by debit or credit card through Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal Account. For security reasons Supermodel Skinfood accepts payments through Paypal and does not store or view your payment information data. You payments are secured through Paypal.
